Honestly, I should have read these reviews before going in with my pet. They will PRESSURE YOU into spending more money than needed. it's the most uncomfortable feeling. This visit to the VET felt more like a mobster trying to extort money from me than them caring for my pets actual needs. YIKES! will not be back

Dr Babaev is competent and great at relaying information, both over phone and email. But since this vet clinic has come under new management, their online software, patient management, staffing and operational changes have lead to increasingly frustrating experiences, not to mention the very expensive tests and service fee structures. It's just not worth it anymore. Simple tests become rounds of email back and forths due to a series of different vets rotating in and out of service. No one seems to read notes, or document their thinking in order to facilitate their operational decision to have multiple vets involved at once.

Dr. Stevenson was great when we saw her, the vet techs though could use a little better training with bedside manner and technique on how to administer certain essentials like taking a dog's temperature or administering shots.

I do NOT recommend this vet at all. They are so money-minded and will charge you for a bunch of extras that you don't need. Dr. Avra Frucht looked at my dog for 2 mins and I was charged for the full office visit/ doctor's exam fee of $93. She didn't say or ask much at all, and just proceeded to charge me for an array of tests, exams, and medications. I had to continuously poke her to get her to explain her examination and offer any advice but she was so adamant about it. I've been to more than a handful of vets and I can confidently say this is THE WORST. Don't bother wasting your money and time here.

It probably depends on what you need done. They're usually sensitive to financial needs, though.
