The store always has variety of pet supplies (food, toys, medical) cashiers are always nice and friendly. THE VET clinic is AMAZING! My cats get the best treatment from the doctors on site. The front desk receptionist always greets you and your pet with a huge smile. The doctors always explain the process and answer every concern that we have. They even play with your pet if you are running late to pick them up, which is amazing!

I had a very different experience than recent reviews. It was very easy to book the appointment online and the front desk staff + vet techs + Vet were all nice and kind. I was on a very tight budget and they made it clear that I can use their prescription to buy the meds elsewhere/online for less. The vet Dr Geri Roth took lots of time to answer all my questions and explain everything to me clearly. The vet tech staff did the same when I kept thinking of additional questions. They were thorough, kind and mindful of my budget. I got my medical records automatically emailed to me the next morning. Would definitely return.
