Very professional and caring From the front desk, to medical assistant as well as Dr Ledner. Everyone was helpful and courteous. The staff was very friendly and good with my dog. They made us both feel welcome. Also the wait time was brief. I got there 30 minutes before my appointment and still didn’t have to wait long. Even if I called with questions everyone was courteous and pleasant!!

My dog needed to be treated for heart worms. He was well looked after. Lots of consideration was given to his physical comfort.. and his aftercare. Dr Levison has always been lovely and thorough to work with.

I am so happy I found this veterinary centre when moving to NYC Dec 2021. Both our dogs got ill, our oldest Kaija (21 years old) whom eventually went to the rainbow bridge in June 2022 was cared for so lovingly at every appointment here. We all knew she was old and it was all about comfort, but everyone still cared and did not rush the process until it was time. Mabel, our silly lab, just does her thing and is treated with the same kindness and care. We have had the pleasure of seeing both Dr. Muller’s and would highly recommend them. Great listeners, do not rush you, and most importantly they make sure your pet is taken care of. The front office I find are friendly and approachable. They are busy most times I am there, but take time to try and answers questions. Not always the greatest at calling back if unable to find out the answer before I have to leave. I just call back after a few days :) These are not emergency type of questions and nothing I get upset having to call back about. I am so happy I have such good experiences here. Even the heartbreaking ones. Highly recommend!
