I’m a customer since 2016. BEFORE covid started everything was great! But now the service is SO DISGUSTING. They never answer the phone, they give appointments after 2/3 months! They put you on hold and NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE! They transfer you to voicemail and NEVER return the call!!! But yet we pay monthly for SUCH A POOR SERVICE!!!!!

Love Banfield hospital for my fur baby. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The insurance and prices for the visits aren't expensive as other pet hospitals. Two thumbs up to Banfield.

The worst! I have been trying to reach this location all morning and the front desk associate picks up the phone and instantly puts me on hold without saying anything. I have been on hold for over 15 minutes without even being transferred to an associate.

We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
