I was brought back for a blood draw after only a 5 minute wait. I explained to the lab tech taking care of me that I had a few requests because of former needle trauma & often times getting lightheaded... Kaitlyn not only made me feel very comfortable, but also did a FANTASTIC job! Zero pain, & a super easy draw. She distracted by talking with me the whole time. It’s one of the best lab draw experiences I’ve had. Thank you for taking such good care of me, Kaitlyn! You deserve a raise!! :-) <3

Impossible to get an appointment. No one returns calls and if you need to speak to your doctor good luck. I have had to take my daughter to urgent care twice because the layers to speak to a physician are astounding even as a current patient and I can't get an appointment or advice.

They abruptly closed their pediatrics clinic down, terminating all their pediatrics doctors, saying that COPA was moving into the building. I wish they gave their patients ample notice so that I could have set up a "last" appointment with their doctor to see what her plans were (moving to a different clinic, opening up own practice, taking time off, etc). My kids were very close to their doctor and now I have to go through the process of finding them a new doctor. COPA requires you to fill a form out and fax it to them to be able to start the new patient process. When I called COPA to talk about my options, the person I spoke to was very rude and didn't seem interested in talking to me. Now I am scrambling to find a doctor that my kids will like and that I can trust. Thanks a lot St. Charles!
