You just gotta keep calling that what I did and now I have an appointment today at 3:30
Call the main number. I believe the part of aspca that helps with food donations is aspca community engagement. I would call the main number or go on the website to be certain
The community center would gladly help you, call them for an appointment (844) MY ASPCA
Thanks for your suggestion Mary but they clearly said they don't accept walk-in and that appointments needs to be schedule by calling. I am looking for another alternative because still haven't been able to reach them. Have a bless day and thanks again.
Well if u don't make over fifty thousand for vaccine or other stuff is free but spay / neuter I don't know if u pay cause i I didn't neuter my dog yet but to see the doctor and vaccine is free once again if u don't make more then fifty thousand a year an also if u have medicaid is free and if u want to put a chip on ur dog is free if u have medicaid
There’s one on 161 by the precinct you can do a walk in they will see you same day if they not busy but it’s mostly they will take u same day
I do not know. Sorry
I'm assuming yes. But just go there and ask or call
Well there is an ASPCA Midwest office that takes the calls from NY to make appointments for Vaccines and Spay/Neuter appointments...You can also try Vet My Pet, Dr. Burchman's Office located at 8 Kingsbridge Road, Dr. Bunning located off of Parchester Ave and the Cross Bronx Expressway, and Other places the ASPCA works in conjunction with to help vaccinate pets. Just Google the services and their numbers to get the information you need and weigh your options. Petco also does low cost vaccines. Pet Resources located by Prospect Avenue and Westchester Avenues under the 2 Train that also has frequent days for vaccines...
When I went they actually gave me appointment cards for a 2 weeks times, however I didn't go with an emergency so if you're asking in those terms I'm not too sure, but if it's for a checkup or spay/neuter service you will get an appointment even if you just show up. Hopefully the aspca can see this and give you a clearer answer as well! 👋
Yes, give us a call to set up an appointment. Please note, we are experiencing a high volume of calls so there may be a wait and limited capacity.
Yes, we will still see your dog without previous paperwork.
Hi. Currently our Mobile Spay/Neuter Services is slowly reopening. The closest active location near the clinic locations you mentioned is the one located at Basil Behagen Playground. Please go to www.aspca.org/spaynyc for our updated schedule. For COVID-19 procedures, be sure to read the alert at the top of the screen and FAQ.
Currently, we are not charging for spay/neuter services. The Medcaid benefit does not pay for your services with the ASPCA, but does serve as proof of public assistance.
Hello. Yes, our services are for pets of Bronx, NY residents.
For spay and neuter clinic, you must have an appt. You can go and if they don't fill up spots and have room, they might take you. But everything is done every Friday online and you have to register online for a spot. If you aren't part of the 1st 35 ppl, honestly wouldn't waste time as they only have 20 to 25 spots. And big dogs can take up 2 spots
As it happens, we do not take in surrendered animals but you can contact Animal Care Center of NYC located at 464 E Fordham Rd.
I believe so you can call and check
Depending on where u live at, it's free for now. If ur in the Bronx and I think Manhattan area they will serve you for free. But u have to make an appointment. Look up the number to 92nd street ASPCA and then go from there. Call at 7 or 8 AM Monday morning. If u wait til later u won't get an appointment. And if they tell u to call back call in the morning. Good luck Love. All of them are free for now. Hurry up and make ur appointment.
They do it for free if you have public assistance if you have a Medicaid card

You more than likely will have to visit a veterinarian clinic for that kind of surgery. The website says they only do non invasive treatments.

The facility that can help with this request is the Animal Care Center of NYC. The closest open location is in East Harlem at 326 East 110th Street (between 1st and 2nd Aves.) New York, NY 10029. You could call the Bronx Resource Center in case they have reopened. Our facility is not set up to receive any animal surrenders.
Our Primary Pet Care mobile clinic does offer nail trims complimentary with our exams, but you can also visit a local groomer for a nail trim.
We continue to experience high demand for our services and capacity at our mobile spay/neuter clinics is limited at this time. For other facilities that provide low-cost spay/neuter services, please refer to organizations listed on the Mayor's Alliance for NYC's Animals website. http://www.animalalliancenyc.org/needhelp/spayneuter.htm
It's free if you live in the Bronx & your income is less than $50k/yr. I suggest you go to their website to sign up for their mobile spay/neuter clinic. I believe this month of April 2021, they will be in the Bronx every Friday in different sites. Follow their instructions on signing up to get the appt.
