This is ridiculous that’s I have to hear that automatic guy than a live person .I can never get anyone on the phone since last Thursday .are there any receptionist ?

They will answer but it takes a long time

Unfortunately the hold time is long call at exactly 8am they usually answer within 30 to 40 minutes but do not hang up and call back stay on hold.
