I have been calling every Tuesdays to try to make an appointment for my dog Bruno and after a long wait the automatic system gives the same message that there are not appointment available and need to call back on Tuesday 8m.

Thanks for your suggestion Mary but they clearly said they don't accept walk-in and that appointments needs to be schedule by calling. I am looking for another alternative because still haven't been able to reach them. Have a bless day and thanks again.

I would suggest it's better for you to just take a trip over there. It's a hassle trying to contact them over the phone. In my opinion its better to go Tuesday or Wednesday in the morning or early afternoon.
