U have 2 make an appointment. When u call u can explain ur situation and they will guide u..I had the same problem they gave me the places I can take my dog..right now they r not offering that service..the were great..

Hi Medicaid is not usually taken for animals at thecenter. Certain situations they may make an arrangement. But usually for spay/neuter it is. Call them and discuss it with them. Also call animal care control thru 311. They sometimes make certain arrangements to help a sick animal
