Constant gas leaks in the road. Blocking the street with the slowest subcontractors available (Miller Pipeline) that prevent mail delivery and trash pickup for days. They appear for routine maintenance at any hour and no notice. Construction vehicles sit in our driveway so I have to beep at them so I can access my property. The company is opaque and getting contact with anyone for information is a joke. PECO is lucky to be a near monopoly in the region because nobody would choose to deal with them.

Highly disappointed with my experience under this company. I have been without power tons of times, where technicians know there’s an issue and ignore it. Power lines will sit in the middle of intersections sometimes for a day or more. Customer service is always rude and snappy when you call to try to even just know how long it might be. You’d think they might know right!? Haha, well they don’t. As a matter of fact without people reporting it MULTIPLE times they don’t even have a clue half the time it seems where the lines are even down at or anything? What do we even have to pay this company for? Do you get reimbursed for the groceries that you might not be able to save? Or the electric you can’t use during the time and anything that comes along with that? As far as I know, that’s a fat negative. Almost all companies like this one, and many others value money, nothing else. Become self sufficient: Generators, solar panels, anything but, to rely on a 9.8 BILLION dollar company to supply you with anything worth your money. GIANT SCAM, if you’d ask me. RE-POST: Putting this review here as well as the corporate office. This would be the direct supplier of the area I have had issues.

These guys are busy they work hard those telephone poles are like God knows how much they weigh but they're huge and they hold them in special trucks and in this less storm there was a lot of polesi hit.
