My son called today at 8:45 am and spoke with someone about getting a sick visit appointment, the man then said that someone would get back to him soon to schedule an appointment, he went to urgent care because he couldn't wait and thank god he did, because the office NEVER called him back all day to schedule an appointment!

Absolutely impossible to get someone to answer the phone. I have been trying to call for two days. Completely ridiculous.

Absolutely terrible patient care. Took so long to get a human to make an appointment for a stye that had both eye lids swollen shut. Said first avail either in person or virtual was 5 days away! Made appointment for virtual call to be today at 8:30am...waited all morning NO CALL! finally get thru to a person again and was told "go to the ER" really for a stye?? I just want some drops to help with the burning and itching! time to find a practice that cares.

Horrible experience with this office, I only used this office twice. Since Dr Rubin is or was my doctor. I had a Telcom with Megan, on Friday, because I had tested positive for Covid, which I understand they will not see u at the office, which I am fine with. But now I called them this morning to see if I could get an out of work note from them to give to my boss and it seems impossible. They told me someone would call me back, to let me know when i could have someone go to the office to pick up the note for me. And no one called me back. So I called them again later today and I was told again someone would call me back and guess what! no one called me back. Why is it so difficult to get a simple note.
