They are just starting bingo there every Friday night starts 6:30 till 8:30-9. Only cost $11.00 to play 15 games. Pots are 15 -20 a game, specials 30 -35 jackpot 45 to whatever they bring in. The more people that show up the bigger these numbers get. Be there by 6:00.

Clearview oaks management is front half of complex. Back 3 buildings and across street on west side is palms of paradise east and west. For the latter it is 20%

Do they allow owners to rent the unit to someone over 55.?

As a board member, I personally don't have a problem but the other board members may have a problem. You can always ask our management guy to ask board members before you purchase.
