Although your vehicle is registered for parking & tag is in the vehicle the HOA booted my vehicle for illegal parking. Like how is it illegal if it's registered & you provided me a tag??? Parking in the same spot, same vehicle & tag registered & all of a sudden THIS! Even showed the service my tag but they stated I had to pay $200 to release since the office reported. Being that the car is registered I don't understand why the HOA or CAMS management would have the vehicle booted. It's after hours, no one to answer. Even when you do report an issue the company doesn 't follow up! They also seem to pick & choose which rules to enforce. No way to contact anyone for assistance or explanationas to why this happened. They never return emails nor phone calls.

This has by far been the worst HOA management company I have ever dealt with. They have no true organization and try to fine homeowners for no reason at all. The company discriminates as well.

We pay a premium to have an onsite manager. Super hard to get ahold of and really a true waste of money.
