God knows how these guys are surviving with such a poor customer care. Never seen my life with such a bad customer service. They send a guy after repeated calling and this guy will com look charges rocket sceintist's diagnosis fees and then they vanish saying that they would send estimate of the repair.

This company is a monopoly. They are the only one you can get parts from for your machine. Their invoicing and quotation system is from 1920s. They will give you the wrong quote multiple times so make sure you read everything three times.
