It was Great and about .2 miles away from The Bank Of America Stadium. Traveling there, there is assistance the whole way. If you already have a pass you will be assisted to get into one lane vs if you don't have a pass you merge into another lane to pay right there. I paid $40 bucks vs other parking lots charging $30 bucks. I was happy to pay it as I had to meet my clients as a busy REALTOR® and as an extra BONUS... You will not be disappointed if it rains. Hint hint!

Nice garage. They do up the rate for events like soccer matches, football games, and others at the Bank of America Stadium.

Saw GB on Saturday and he's the BEST! This covered parking deck was right down the street from the Stadium and 20 bucks which is the lowest I'd seen. You'll pass the Encampment Under The Sea if you don't cross the street before the overpass and you'll see 50 bucks cash only uncovered dirt lot along the way so you should feel a lot better about parking here and it's easier to leave afterwards. :)

I do small deliveries. I need really affordable or free parking downtown during lunch hours . Where are best prices to park downtown for a short time? How much do they typically charge?

Don't trust the Mint Street deck. It's across the street from Duke Energy, and on certain days they somehow commandeer the entire deck so that ONLY Duke Energy employees are allowed to park there. Duke won't even allow its temp workers/contractors access to the deck on those days, let alone the general public. I don't know how/why they're allowed to do that, but I've seen it happen on multiple occasions.

Can you tell me when construction will be complete at this location? There are limited parks because of construction. Thanks.

The parking I've used during an event had an attendant. During non- event times it was not staffed.
