It’s impossible to work anything out or find a place that accepts the vouchers sadly they give the bare minimum so you are struggling to find housing because there is no place under the sun that has anything for rent for $1,200 with two children they will give u only two rooms and tell you u can’t go over the amount even if you are willing to pay more out of pocket just to have a decent place that doesn’t have bugs and is mold infested. I can’t deal with having to do the full search all on my own and the only places is in THE WORST PARTS OF TOWN only plaza and north Tryon, freedom, beauties all spots that are crime ridden. I’m disappointed 😭😭😭 I’m stressed. They do not offer you to become better they want you to stay in the worst parts of town as if that is where we belong and who we are ummm no most of us are just struggling due to the economic crisis and need help PLEASE MAKE A WEBSITE WITH PLACES FOR RENT WHERE WE CAN FIND YOUR DESIRES SINCE YOU OFFER US SMALL AMOUNTS. Offer a broader selection. We can’t be driving 45 min to our kids schools and then an hr to work everyday you do realize not everyone wants to be close to your beloved downtown Charlotte

Unprofessional and will not return your phone call. If you are lucky to speak with someone they will refuse to give up their entire name, it's like they make up a fake name over the phone. Also They have no communication skill and I believe this need to be fix. I have been in charlotte all my life and I feel bad for the people who have to deal with this mess of a housing authority. They suppose to be train to help people find housing instead they just tell you to go online. What if it's a senior who don't know how to work the computer? Please Charlotte do better

Housing Authority telephone system is the worst. Tell you to hit 1 operator will help..then the phone cuts off. Trying to reach a real person is totally impossible. Mailbox full, no returned calls. Jus like WE don't matter. Please do better and serve the people in Charlotte NC

Blue Horizon did not response to a water emergency on 9/4. Called several times and the young lady could not get in contact with the maintenance crew. She called left messages and emailed them. Whomever was on call was off the clock tonight. My mother's apartment is severely damaged due to lack of response from the management crew from Blue Horizon. Inlivian needs to part ways with Blue Horizon. Why are you all doing business with a maintenance company with such bad reviews and ratings? It's over $50K of damage at the Brevard Apts. This could have been avoided if the maintenance crew would have responded quickly. Inlivian this is on you, yes you! You hired Blue Horizon and they are the worst! I am going to make you all fix and repair everything, including the mold from the previous flooding incident. You will replace her food, paper products and furniture. She lost all her refrigerator food because the firemen turned off the power for safety reasons. This is not over, I am sending all my video to WSOC-TV. You are going to learn from this incident.
