I highly recommend Appliance Repair. Our Refigerator Freezer is about 3 years old and I was going to clean all the coils myself. After doing some internet research I found out that alot of different refegerator problems are actually due to dirty coils. So I decided not to clean coils myself, it is so important that I wanted to use a professional instead. I chose A.R. 123 for the job after comparing reviews and comments of several appliance repair companies. The entire experience was great. The lady that scheduled the job was pleasent and helpful. The Technican Mr. Lgnat was on time as scheduled, his work was truly outstanding. Very professional, did excellent quality work, was very thourough, and took the time and care to do a great clean up after his work was done. He was mindful not to scrath our hard wood floors. I am totally satisfied with all aspects of the Appliance Repair 123 professional work that was done. I had a great experience with Appliance Repair 123. They were very responsive, everytime I called dispatch, they were available to help me through the process and answer questions. The tech, Ignat, was top notch. He quickly and correctly diagnosed the issue, ordered the part, set proper expectations with regards to costs and time, and was very professional and on the spot. It's becoming more of a rarity these days, post pandemic, where it feels that the quality in services in general, have diminished. It's reassuring to know that Appliance 123 has people that set the bar high and provide excellent service. Thank You!
