After being quoted 20 to 25 minutes, we waited an hour. We were promised twice our family would be seated next, and then skipped over. Super disappointed. We ended up leaving after an hour to just leave and find a different restaurant. Will not go back.

Experience was fine but there is no ADA required ramp. If you have mobility issues, go elsewhere.

Not sure, that may be worth a call to the restaurant.
1st come, 1st served. During peak times there may be a little wait, but they usually have self-serve coffee available (at least they do during weekend brunch).
