Really happy with this service. I've never paid for an intense detailing service but my car really needed it and I have no time to get it done. Very easy to locate, and close to where I work. I just paid for the interior detail plus a basic wash and I'm very happy with the results. The inside looks much better than I could have done myself (cleaning out bad smelly stains) and on the outside they even managed to get off most of the marks from when someone hit my car in a parking lot. When I need this type of service again, I'll definitely be back. And I told my coworkers about this place as well.

Jonathan was very nice and professional when making the appointment and very helpful with the whole drop off and pick up process, however I have multiple complaints. It may be my fault as I should have confirmed, but when I spoke to him on the phone I let him know I was only looking for a full interior detail. It wasn't until I later on looked at my bill that I realized he charged me for a full exterior and interior detail. Like I said, I should have confirmed this before paying, but It was my first time using his services and I just assumed since he did not ask again for confirmation on which service I wanted that he remembered that I said I was interested in a full interior detail. I would have also liked to have known that this was going to be an all day thing, again I should have asked, but I still feel like it should stated before a customer arrives that they are expected to not have their car all day, go there at 9:30AM was told to pick it up at 4:00 PM. I would have been able to let both things go and happily give a 5 star review had my car been cleaned correctly. The outside and tires looked very nice (even though it's not what I asked for), the inside however still looked very much the same. For back story I bought this car from Carvana about 3 weeks ago, last week I drove it from NY to NC with my two cats in a large crate in the back seat. As you can imagine there was cat hair in various places, and the seats were not in great condition when I got the car from Carvana so I figured I'd get a full interior detail to get it all cleaned up. My seats looks exactly the same, there is even cat hair still left in multiple places, I am not happy at all with my service. Especially after a hefty $217 bill. I've added photos to show how unclean my interior still is, these are all taken after the detail. I don't particularly like mobile detailing as I prefer to not have someone come to me, which is why I went with this company but I may have to look into that from now on if this is the service I get 😔.

What an amazing company!!! Not only do they do a wonderful job but the owner and employees are very respectful and hard working. Would recommend to anyone needing their car detailed.
