The new management has made a lot of improvements since taking over in June/July (???). There is a long list of things that needs improvement but they have been checking it off their list of things slowly but surely. I think that given a few more months this will be a great place to live. It is already pretty quite and no real issues and Soma and Marissa are wonderful and very responsive. The new management unfortunately bought a property that was terrible but since taking over they are making it much more bearable.
