While the pricing is amazing and the neighborhood is welcoming. Upon arrival, the apartments and townhomes are not clean and completely functional. Failure to communicate the openings and closings of amenities such as the pool and gym are a downside to this otherwise great location.

Please do not trust this 5 star rating review. Most of the reviews are written based on gift card provided. Managment is really poor. People used to drink alcohol and smoke on the park. Kids are afraid to play. Maintenance is extremely poor. No lights at nights.

Okay to live. But not good 1)Dirty swimming pool. 2) Management people will change every time. 3) Very small gym 4) If anything is broken in your apartment, you have to pay for the replacement .No more free replacement. 5) Full new building works going on. So, you have a lot of dusts. No place to play for children. Broken basket ball. Dog pops will be there on the playground. Full of mosquitoes bites because of high level of grass.
