I went to buy pupusasa and chicharron and at check out the girl charged my card and on top of that she still took my cash after I told her not to charge my card I noticed when I checked my bank account and when I went in to complain about the issue the personal was very rude and no help the girl never offered me a receipt and the manager said that since I have not receipt there’s nothing she can do but just discipline I told her that the girl never gave me a receipt she kept it and that discipline was not helpful overall my experience here is trash I had several encounters with personal here that were not trained proper and nothing was done never giving coming here again trash place and people working here.
