Bought house in 2021. Pros: Good and beautiful community. Walmart, Publix, ER, hospital, schools are just few minutes away. Gorgeous layout!!!! Cons: Poor response and lack of interest in resolving owner’s problems. Lethargic management (People). Small size gym for this huge community!!! Parking slots are limited. HOA costs $216 but no beautiful trees or plants inside community.

Townhouse is higher bcuz paint, roof, exterior is all paid for thru HOA
