they are quick to send you letters/complaints about what you cant or can have on your property yet they cannot answer their phones or reach out to you via mobile. All they do is harrass people and threaten to charge them for the most trivial things

Hey Francisco, you will need to have a pool card. You can apply to the HOA for the card or you can wait until the 1st day the pool opens (Memorial Day weekend). They usually have people out at the pool to register people for a pool card.
