Way over priced for the service they provide!

Scheduled a cleaning for the first time and didn’t have any issues. Scheduled a second cleaning for a move, received a confirmation text the night before the cleaning and then the day of they were a no show. I even called in the afternoon to ensure someone was coming, but nobody answered their phone so I left a voicemail. Nobody contacted me back until after 4pm and basically told me that there was an issue with the system and my cleaning was canceled. This makes zero sense since I received a confirmation text for the cleaning the night before. Major inconvenience as I move out of town the next day and all of my cleaning products and belongings have been packed. Will never use Merry Maids again.

I used this maid service when I was moving into my first home, which had been vacant for over a year. The house smelled amazing afterwards and we continued to use their services every three months for a deep clean. The maids are extremely professional and sweet, and I always feel like I get my money's worth from each visit. Highly recommend!
