I like it here! Everyone seems nice as well and Anthony is great as well. Only thing is be prepared to basically be awake at all times when there is an apartment they are working on. Always starts early and wakes my whole household up. :/ But I think this may be unavoidable everywhere. Still would recommend.

We have lived at Carriage Hill Apartments for over four years, since 2016. This quiet community is located in a central area of Conshohocken and Plymouth Meeting, which is very ideal for those who seek relaxing nights at home, yet a quick morning commute to Philadelphia. In addition to its proximity to employee-driven businesses and companies, there is a tremendous amount of natural space and green parks and nature preserves. Nearby shopping includes a variety of grocery stores, the Plymouth Meeting Mall, the Metroplex, IKEA, and top-tier stores. Carriage Hill itself is a clean and peaceful apartment complex, with friendly neighbors and a professional management staff. Mckenzie, the property manager, has been tremendous with addressing our service requests and personal accommodations. Our family includes a physically-handicapped person, and Mckenzie has advocated for all our accessible needs, which included reserving a first-floor unit, installing steel bars in the bathroom, fixing walls, and even painting a handicap parking space for us. And all of this at no additional cost to our family. Carriage Hill Apartments is also very affordable compared to city and local rent markets; yearly increases are minimal and communicated early to tenants. Bundled with monthly rent is gas and water utilities and waste management; in other words, tenants only need to pay for their own electricity usage and Internet service. Cleaning, landscaping and snow removal occurs on a frequent schedule, too. Finally, they are a dog-friendly property which has been wonderful as we recently adopted a service animal into our family. Carriage Hill Apartments has been (and continues to be) a very positive living experience for us.
