Do NOT use this location for online orders. I placed an order online for 2 pairs of shoes. One of which was to be delivered, the other pair was for online pick-up. I recieved a notification that the order had to be picked up within 10 days, otherwise the order would be canceled. I had no problem with that. The issue is that 3 days after I recieved an email stating the order was canceled since I didn't make the pick-up window, my credit card was charged because some one mysteriously picked up the shoes. So either there's a thief at this store location or DSW is charging for unapproved transactions. Either way, I won't be shopping here anytime soon!

The cashier is very rude and insult customer. Keep forcing to get rewards even customer says no and being sarcastic to customer.
