My delivery driver has no sense of courtesy to lay my packages down. He rather let them go and fall on my steps. I don't understand the reasoning other then being too lazy. I've called and complained 3 times after catching him on my cameras but nobody has cared to reach out.

You gotta talk to the HR for that so when u get off or whatever talk to one of the HR im pretty sure they can help but you gotta go into the system 2 do that tho
