Paid $20 for an online appointment for 1pm signed in waited 4 hours to be seen. Then they said sorry didn't realize you had an appointment. Senior dog infection back paw, needs senior panel blood work and addison disease injection, also check ear for.infection. well they checked ears confirmed infection charges me for cleaning solutions and cream, all good right wrong, they shaved the front paw and looked at the wrong paw no bloodwork done no injection charged me $200+ when we called them to let them know a gentleman whom claimed to be the manager kept interrupting me, was rude, unprofessional, non apologetic, and hung up on me several times. I am taking them to small claims court. I have an online request with all the details of needs, a written one completed onsite and verbal instructions. Terrible. I traveled from bronx to queens because their advertised pricing was geared toward low income clients .
Weird i don't pay none of it i go there i sit and wait and they sometimes take long. I took only 2 hours got all the meds and shot for my dog for $55 and i only pay $10 for damages such as my dog biting and peeing but in general never had that issue. Never pay for the online either even though i have the app.
You should call them they open at 10 maybe they can email you everything but I believe if you put your email down everything you pay for and they gave you will be in the email also
Sue, you can download your records with our free App but you cannot refill prescription without a new exam, that is a medical requirement.
