$3 per day or you can buy a pass through the park system for the entire year good for all of the San Diego County parks. $40 a year I believe. There is NO free parking inside the park its self but from 8am until 8pm you can park along the road at the east end of Guajome Lake road.
There's also a place to park on the other side of park for free on side of road in a dirt lot.

Yes what mr holloway said,. If you are on highway 76 turned onto guajome lake rd, go throught a couple little bends, past a couple park entrances, and youll see a fence and dirt area others should be parked at as well.
Yes you can. You would go to their office located on the other side of the park. The Ranger will take you there, or tell you exactly where it is.
