As far as I know, only sw. renews the passport, the DNI nope, but maybe I'm wrong

The DNI can only be renewed in Spain. When you go you can do it there. Greetings.

Well you can only renew the ID in Spain, the passport is the only thing you could renew at the new yoek consulate of Spain
