Yes, you are able to. You give your expired passport along with 3 pictures, (one must be notarized)your birth certificate, and the application for renewal... and the payment. They will mail it to Antigua and then inform you when it's available for you to get it.

You can go to our website abconsulate.nyc and download forms from there make sure to read the checklist and follow instructions or you can come into the office and we assist you.
There is not a Notary on site, but you may have your documents notarized by several entities within a five block radius of the Consulate.
