Who said he has ptsd without diagnosis it will be difficult but his prvt dr can keep records that will help
Tell him to join the local VFW. It's like $35 a year. They have outstanding resources to get it done. Also, he needs to either hire an attorney that specializes in VA claims (consultations are free) or talk to/"hire" a DAV rep.
