The apartments here are in a great location close 5-10 mins from town center , avenue’s mall and major highways. I’ve lived here for two years the office staff changed a few times the ladies in the office CC & Raquel are super helpful and supportive. The maintenance staff is amazing I’ve had ac issues and they were at my apartment with in 2 hours on a weekend night to fix it. I will say like most apartments in the area the buildings are a bit older but they work hard to up keep and maintain the property.

Ms.Cece Bennett & Ms.Raquel were very helpful , I was beyond frustrated and annoyed on my move day & they made me feel so welcomed and relax ms.Bennett has so much patience and walked us through everything even sat down with us through the renters insurance process. Thank you guys a lot it really means a lot

Just Sham

This is my 2nd year here and my experience is getting worse and worse. I’ve had someone hit my car while I was home and of course no one saw anything and the apartment wouldn’t do anything , now I have a new car and someone is scratching it all up. Had a package sent here and the FedEx driver left it in the mailroom which is always open and someone stole my package and the apartment said they can’t do anything about it. When there is a camera in the room. RIDICULOUS!
