Been living here for a year and I like it here. I’ve never had any problems with management or staff. My A/C stopped working twice when I first moved in but both times they came out promptly to fix it and I haven’t had any problems with my A/C since. People in the complex are also pretty nice, from my experience so far. Yeah there have been parties on Sundays lately but management does seem to be making some effort to stop them now that they’re aware of them. And even so, it’s a Sunday evening during the summer, of course people are having pool parties it’s not that big a deal. Compared to the apartment complex I was living in before moving here, this place has been awesome. Definitely surprised by the latest reviews.

Terra is THE WORST park manager EVER..!!!!!!! She is a nasty old lady.. She will let you go without AC and nit Care. 6 days in this heat before she decided to get someone out here to fix it. On top of that She did not take anything off my rent due to the fact with no AC. Oh and you WILL NOT get your deposit back. And they never actually fix things they just repaint over things and put band-Aids on things instead of actually fixing it. Also in the 2 years I was there she went through more maintenance supervisor then I did underwear. And the place looks like it was made in the 1800s nothing is ever undated.

Worst living experience. Every Sunday you’ll feel like living in the hood, underaged kids smoking wed, drinking from open containers and branding their guns at the swimming pool area. Management doesn’t do anything about it. Cars are vandalized on a daily basis, apartments are broken into and rent goes up every time the lease is up for renewal by increments of 200.00 to 300.00. However, when you ask management for repainting after 2 years of living in the same mess, management wouldn’t paint or replace the carpets. To top the miserable experience of living in this place, you’ll be surprised to find out that management have two DUIs on record, yet they have the guts to threaten residents to call the police when residents try to get their attention to fix the many issues. If you want to pay high rent for a place where your money, safety and needs are not taken into consideration, please feel free to contact management. This is an update on my last review. On 07/10/2022 management was advised of the partying via email; however, no response was ever received. On 07/24/2022 the partying started again at 6pm. Management was advised via email several times by residents, the response came one day later. JSO was contacted several times as well on the matter. This time residents not only had to witness the marijuana smoking, drinking from open containers, gun branding and bribing of young women to get naked for $500.00, but also a fight between two young ladies. Once again, resident's parking spots were taken for multiple hours. IS PARK SOUTH AT DEERWOOD GOING TO REFUND RENT MONEYS??!! because as far as I am concern rent has been increased from 980.00 to 1356.00 in two years.
