I lived at this property 4 yrs. It was awesome. New management took over. I complained a lot about AC not running. What thanks did I get. They kicking me out. Terrible place to live now! Only move here if u can’t find nothing else

Landlord is a slum lord. Constantly going up on the rent but not adding value to the complex. No amenities !!! Only good thing about this complex is they're spacious. No thing that is advertised is true. No working pools bc the slum lord doesn't want to pay the insurance. No park for the children. HORRIBLE PLACE TO RESIDE. LOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE !! THANK ME LATER

my childhood used to be at this place bay tree is filled with memories but beware there is some criminal use and the laundry room and bathroom are both disgusting and the pools are good man i miss baytree…
