Trash piles up to waist-high outside of the compactor. Our apartment has been wrapped in Tyvek for over a year despite being told at move in it would be handled in months. BEWARE that a lot of these apartments are rented privately by the slumlords that own them and take advantage of the fact that Sonoma never does a single thing to clean up or improve its property. Cars are routinely broken into, gas gets syphoned, the water is absolutely filthy. The apartments are huge, mostly because they've not been changed or serviced since the 80's, so if you're willing to endure that they're falling apart for the extra square footage, be my guest. The apartment beneath mine sat empty for over a year with condemnation notices on the door due to flooding damage, and someone just bought it, ripped out the flooring, made some cosmetic repairs and is now renting it. Despite being a cesspool, the prices are outrageous.

Don't do it. I repeat don't do it. The lady in the office never answer phone it take them forever to fix anything in the apartment. The worst plumbing throughout the whole complex. You might have a 2 bathroom but I guarantee you want be able to use both properly. And that's just the half.Reconsider.
