While this company is no where near perfect, and reps often need better training, the services they've provided have been such a blessing to our family!

Trying to call in for the past 3-4 days and am not even able to get to a voicemail or someone to speak to. I have also sent a couple of emails and a message via facebook page. What would you suggest I do so that I can talk to someone?

You can chat online. I had a question regarding my renewal last week and sent a chat and got immediate response. Good luck!

We were asked to upload the signature form. How long after the upload do we know for sure we are receiving the scholarship so we can take the paperwork to the school?

Step Up For Students | Oct 5, 2021

The award letter is available once you uploaded your signature form. In your parent login, please click to open the signature form once again. Once this is open you can return to the application status tab. You should see a question asking if the signature form was submitted. When you answer yes to that question the award letter will be available for you. If you have any questions please reach out to us at 877-735-7837 or click on the Online Chat on our website and we'll be happy to assist you!

Step Up For Students | Oct 6, 2019

Hi Liliana, Step Up offers five scholarship programs. The income-based scholarship programs and the scholarship for bullied students cannot be used towards homeschool curriculum. The Gardiner Scholarship for students with certain special needs can be used towards homeschool curriculum. The Reading Scholarship accounts for students who need help with reading (third- through fifth-grade public school students) could be used towards instructional materials and curriculum related to reading or literacy, however, the student has to be enrolled in public school. Please give us a call at 1-877-735-7837 between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. One of our agents can help you answer additional questions.

Hi my daughter who is 12 has missed school this year often. We have doctors excuses for almost everyone of them. Had the flu, ear infections and female issues. I’m so worried this will affect her scholarship. A very worried parent.

Dehon Rigney | Oct 6, 2018
Melissa Wingfield | Oct 6, 2018

I do not think that affects the scholarship eligibility. My son repeated a grade and it did not affect his ability to qualify for the scholarship.

Need to know if you're excepting new applicants at this time?
