Craig gave estimate and was available to answer questions.Everything was done in a timely manner as I was rushed to meet insurance renewal ,during a hurricane turned tropical storm .With these obstacles this company made it happen without delays.The workers, under Mario’s direction, were very careful with trash and used magnet to get up nails.The office staff was very helpful .Reliant Roofing has my full endorsement .

We work directly with you and your insurance company to confirm that your claims are being handled smoothly. We do not require any funds upfront. You and your insurance will pay in full at completion of the project for all qualifying insurance jobs.

During the production of the project, we schedule any necessary inspections and acquire permits for the homeowner. We assist the homeowner in gathering and submitting all necessary documentation for their HOA.

Duration of any project, roof replacement or roof repair, can depend on the size and pitch of the roof. Steeper roofs or larger scale roofs can be more difficult than others. The average completion time is two days for residential roof replacements.

Most roofing companies only offer a 10 year workmanship warranty for roof replacements. For our roof replacements, Reliant actually offers a Lifetime Workmanship Warranty.
