A recipe is included on the back of the container: simple, easy to follow, & turns out delicious every time. A nice addition to any spice cabinet that is vegan, gluten-free, gmo free, & kosher. To me the nuttiness of the nutritional yeast is forefront, and then the prominence of the black salt comes through & bam! Eggs! I find that it can be used to add a bit of umami to any dish really. They have several options to choose from, so you’re not limited to just this one flavor enhancer. This small family owned business is definitely one I want to support as their products are made with care and love. Going as far as sending a handwritten note with the order, signed by each family member. It’s the little things that matter & are much appreciated, especially knowing they have a business & family to attend. They took the time to do such a thoughtful & meaningful gesture. FreshJax Authentic Taco Seasoning Organic Mexican Blend is wonderful. The fact that it is organic and doesn’t contain chemicals or radiation is awesome! That lets me know it’s better for my family. I also admire the fact that purchasing FreshJax products helps fight childhood hunger. The taco seasoning tastes delicious and when I opened my container, it was filled to the absolute top(they definitely didn’t skimp on the product). I didn’t have to add any other seasoning to out taco meat, the FreshJax Taco Blend didn’t need any help, because it was perfect on it’s own!!! My whole family of 5 really loved the taste!! My son says he wants to try their more spicy seasonings too.

Very expensive for little flavor. Adding flavor to food with salt isn't an effective or good manner for me.

FreshJax is not open to the public. Every employee completes and signs a weekly Covid symptom and exposure questionnaire. Each employee is temerature checked daily and the temperatures are recorded and filed. As a small family business, social distancing is typically not a problem but masks are encouraged in close contact. Masks, gloves, hairnets and aprons are ALWAYS worn in our FreshJax kitchen and masks are always worn to facilitate online customer order pick-up on site.
