Facilities are very nice and clean. Staff was professional. Completed installation on time. However my rear view mirror housing was cracked in two. Technician stated they will order the parts and install it at my house. Shortly afterwards I received a message stating that I missed my appointment and there’s a charge for that. I called customer service and told the lady that I was there and the work was done and she said to disregard it and hung up on me! Smh

Not from my experience of you go to their location. If you want them to come out to where you are out takes longer.
