I wish I could give this place 0 stars. We currently live here and really regret ever leasing with Auburn Glen. Our air conditioning unit was leaking for almost a year, the staff just came and refilled the coolant each time it went out, instead of actually fixing the problem. After the 8th time of the unit going out (on Christmas Eve with guests over and our unit reaching 82 degrees) they finally offered to replace the unit. We have tried several exterminators and agents, but there is still bugs. Several areas with mold growth, and now our vehicles have gotten broken into 3 times this year. We informed the staff each time of the break ins and no action was taken even though we were LIED TO BY OFFICE STAFF saying that security cameras would be installed. That was over a year ago. Since then our vehicles have been broken into twice and the office staff basically told us sorry, other cars got hit as well, call the cops, it's not our problem. We tried breaking our lease, however the manager refused even though he and his staff have continued to fail to meet the promised safe living standards. We have been nothing but patient with this staff regarding maintenance issues, but our safety is an issue I REFUSE to be patient on. The ONLY reason we have resigned with them is because of the price. Due to my mother in law currently undergoing chemotherapy, we are financially supporting her and auburn glen falls in our available funds. I think it is absolutely ridiculous that we now have to choose between providing for our family or our safety.

The terrible painting to cover water damage is true especially around the baseboards and the roaches were also a problem . Terrible management and worse experience with getting my first apartment. Also had my laundry stolen too. I felt very misled about the place. And be careful with washer and dryer hookup because they converted my master bedroom closet which resulted in a really hot room for me and my newborn while doing laundry once we FINALLY got the dryer hookup to even work.

DO NOT RENT HERE! Worst apartments and staff ever. After moving in whatever they did to cover up the cigarette smoke smell wore off, it stinks. Staff is unresponsive and constantly gave me the run around, quoting one price then it'd be different in the lease. Victoria in the office would always tell me it must have been someone else that I talked to. SHE'S THE ONLY ONE I TALKED TO!

I moved in on 5/10/22. Guys it is rough. It reminds me of the movie Joe’s Apartment. I thought my unit would not be like the units in the reviews. Believe everything you read and multiply it times 2. There were roaches in the refrigerator on my move in day. I’ve used ammonia, boric acid, roach bait and ortho. These roaches are a different breed.
