Step Up For Students only covers through the 12th grade. Contact the financial aid office are the college who daughter is planning to attend. Or, you can contact your high school guidance counselor and they can give you the information about financial aid for college.
I'm not sure if you're familiar with FAFSA.GOV, but you may be able to apply for financial assistance through them. Best of luck.
