FINAL UPDATE: The only thing Southside Commons cares about is how the place looks to potential new residents. The outside of the apartments and the model apartment they show you are nice but once you sign a lease you'll find how little they care about residents UPDATE: I have posted new pictures of notices the new management puts on your door. This place is way worse now with the new owners than it was when I wrote my original review About a year ago they put a flyer on every door begging you to give them a five star review. No real five star place would have to do that.

These people don't ever answer the phone. Been calling now for like 2 weeks trying to get information about the apt complex. Maybe that's a sign not to live here smh.

I applied for apartment at this property. Not knowing this was a limited income place. this should be on there website it should state that it is a limited income on the home page. i put a 350.00 application fee . then put 638.00 security deposit. then i was told that this is a low income housing. i called the office back 4 times never to receive a call back. well i called my credit card company they cancelled my payment i would like to have my 300.00 back as well so please get back to me Thanks Southside Commons

There Great for anybody looking for a family atmosphere....Corrie Rose. It saddens me to see so many negative reviews. I absolutely loved living in these apartments. I had wonderful neighbors and the staff was great. Tasha and Leslie were always very helpful and the maintenance crew was very pleasant as well. I would move back in a heartbeat. It was my understanding that the property changed ownership I few times. Maybe that is what caused some of the issues or delays some resident's experienced. If that's true then each new owner, I'm sure, had different priorities and the staff would have been required to adjust accordingly. *Not everyone has a good day even at Disney
