I read the reviews before coming in, when ur sick and you go to your nearest location. I unfortunately choose this. It wasn’t busy, I walked in filled the application and got in within minutes, again it’s not busy. I have a congested chest and irritated throat, it’s been a week. I don’t have COVID obviously none of the symptoms. The lady tells me ur covid results should be out in 15 mins and a Doctor will come and see you. It’s been exactly ONE & A HALF hours and I’m still in the same room and no one came and told me nothing. I can here doctors/nurses laughing and joking in the hall, “I wish all the patients come in today, so they don’t come on Saturday.” So I stepped out, and said hey it’s been more than an hour, and then a nurse says there’s only 2 doctors in today and there’s 2 patients ahead of me. Remember the place is emptyyyyy. They’re extremely unprofessional and I wish there’s something in our power to fix it, I’m super frustrated with this service.

The front desk lady is very rude, she speaks with the patients according to their race. Very disappointing!

Diagnosed my son incorrectly on 2 separate occasions! The second one was for a simple ear infection. They claimed he didn’t have one and said give him meds to manage any pain. Two days later he was in agony so we took him to another urgent care. They said his ear was full of wax and scabs— so badly that it would be impossible to check for an infection! The doctor even let me see for myself using the otoscope. How can this please claim there was no infection when they couldn’t even see it?! Luckily the other urgent care cleaned out his ear, confirmed it was an ear infection and Prescribed medication. The next day my baby feels much better. This place sucks.
