I originally scheduled a move early October to move cross-country. We were given a large delivery window (standard for cross country moves), but the move coordinator said if we scheduled our items to be picked up by the 20th, that they promised a delivery (in writing) on the 26th. They didn't call us 24hr before the pickup date, and showed up late to pick up our items. While our items were being taken to the truck, we were told that a driver got sick, then instead that he actually quit, and now our items won't get delivered until the 1st or 2nd, 5 days after the PROMISED date. It was also alluded to that some drivers may have simply pretended to quit/be sick as to not take a lighter shipment, as drivers make more money with larger shipments. We spent a large amount of money and chose this group due to their supposed professionalism and the PROMISED delivery date, but clearly they can't deliver on promises. All flights, days off from work, etc, are booked, but none of that matters and my life will be upended for a week+ unless they deliver on their promise.

Absolute 4 months of nightmare with this company. They contracted a company in CA to deal with our move who then damaged our property. That was in June. We are now in July and Interstate still can’t figure out the repairs to our house. Absolute lack of ownership, empathy or responsibility. Never use them. Never.

Fraudulent business. 8 men showed up, with two trailers for a move, total items fit into a 9 by 12 storage unit. The bid was 4,100. On arrival, they tripled the bid to 11,700. Said the men would not work until I signed the new amount. I sent them away and called Chase bank to flag all monies. Two months later the company wrote a fraudulent check using my name, email and phone number. I'm submitting this as fraud to Chase, and submitting the bait and switch to the attorney general.
