This park has gone down hill a bit. Strict rules but needing something fix is slack. The grounds aren't as well kept as they us to be. My mother lives here and her place needs attention. Only attention you get is if he doesn't like something he see one do . Can't have outdoor stuff bc of grass but every time it rains this yard stays flooded.. it sad actually

I'm thinking he just rents. There are spots to place a trailer but to be honest I feel this newest owner doesn't take good care of this park. My mother has lived her for 5 years and there's a sad change in getting things fixed. But that's just me
