Omg this was the worst place I have lived in. It had so much roaches. There’s snakes and one time there was a raccoon on the patio. Maintenance takes so long. DO. NOT. MOVE. HERE.

I live here now. Never again! We've only been here 3 months and constantly have bug problems, especially roaches. It wasn't until I emailed the management company did they do something other than pest control. They claimed they fixed the drywall where the bugs are probably coming in. Only they didn't fix anything they just said they did. I've contacted my lawyer.

This complex has owed us money for over a month now and every time we call they have a new reason why we haven't gotten our check yet. They are great as long as you pay them but when the tables are turned they don't do their part.

I’ve never experienced a place quite like Creekfront at Deerwood. Moving can be stressful & trying find the right place that works for each individual can be tough. That’s not the case over here! The apartment is great & everyone I’ve met at the office is fantastic, especially Olivia! She has gone above & beyond! She has made my moving experience a breeze.
