No, Villages of Baymeadows is not Section 8 or HUD income restricted.
Typical, they will ignore you after you have signed the lease. You should immediately call and ask for the supervisor or customer service manager. I wouldn't be shy about it, and they are usually very friendly and helpful about your concerns.
A few of them are! They are in the process of repairing some of the others that got closed down during the pandemic. I think the current timeline is that they are planning to have all of them reopened by the end of summer? The big pool behind the office is not yet open and from what they have said it will be the last they repair since it is the largest and will be the most expensive.

No, no...Like all apartment's it has it upsides and downsides. Different Apt complexes in here could be completely different. I'm been here almost 2 years with a wife and young special needs child here, I feel pretty safe and the office and maintenance department have been pretty good. All my neighbors are quiet and friendly. And no barking dogs or late nighters in my my particular area. Yes it has been worth the money compared to my previous apartment off Sunbeam One thing though the gym here has been down over a year..

Worst apartment I've had in the area. Nothing put problems and the office people ignore you for weeks or dont get back to you at all.
There are break ins that occur, and there were a couple shootings with in the last few years.
Villages Of Baymeadows
Yes, some units have washer/dryer in them but they're old and cheap. There are general laundry rooms on site but they are filthy and poorly maintained. There is a good laundromat across the street in the shopping complex
