Yeah do what Kayla says, wait a out 30 seconds to a minute from unplugging the modem from power to replugging it back in. Be sure to remove and/or disconnect the battery backup too. I also unscrew or disconnect the cable connection too, as there is residual power on the cable line itself. Also, check if you have the cable going through a surge suppressor, as over time the suppressor degrades causing resistance degrading the cable signal. TV may go through, but internet requires stronger signal. Bypass the surge suppressor to check it out. If all that fails, you'll have to call, they may have to replace modem and roll a truck appointment.
You'll have to call spectrum from a phone. But, most problems resolve themselves within a few hours. Try to reset your modem by unplug it and plug it back in. That's the first thing they'll ask you.
